So my sister was driving in Oregon and everything was foggy like everything was foggy and she hears some creepy noises so then we go deeper in the fog and there was no cars around us so when we were driving we saw two dogs black and white they had no head they were laying on their backs so then we hit a u-turn and we get out of there because that is the most scariest thing I've seen to this day.
