[HAUL] Picked Up Some Timeless Basics for My Wardrobe

Been trying to buy fewer trend-driven pieces lately and focus more on clothes I'll actually wear for years.

Here's what I picked up this time:

  • A couple of clean long-sleeve tops in navy and mint. Soft fabric, relaxed fit, and easy to wear on their own or layered.
  • A matching hoodie and shorts set. Simple colors, comfortable, and perfect for casual weekends or travel.
  • A classic denim shirt. One of those pieces that works with almost everything, so it's hard to go wrong.
  • A pair of black leather loafers. Clean silhouette and easy to pair with jeans, trousers, or more dressed-up outfits.

Overall, this haul is pretty different from what I usually buy. Less about chasing trends and more about building a wardrobe with pieces that are easy to wear again and again.

What do you guys think? Which pickup is your favorite?

Summer City Boy Fits | 6 Everyday Streetwear Outfits

A few summer outfits I’ve been wearing lately, built around oversized silhouettes, vintage streetwear, and relaxed city style.

The formula is simple: comfortable pieces, loose fits, and small details that make everyday outfits stand out.

  1. Grey Graphic Tee + Cargo Pants

A vintage-inspired fit with a relaxed feel. The muted tones and colorful cap add a nice balance.

  1. Black Graphic Tee + Wide-Leg Jeans

Clean and easy. The graphic top pairs well with washed denim for a classic streetwear look.

  1. Graphic Tee + Dark Jeans

A slightly edgier outfit. The statement graphic and silver accessories add more personality.

  1. Black Tee + Washed Denim

Simple everyday streetwear. The contrast between the dark top and light jeans keeps it fresh.

  1. White Tee + Cargo Shorts + Chunky Sneakers

A summer-ready fit with a relaxed outdoor vibe.

  1. Blue Tee + Light Jeans

A clean tone-on-tone outfit that feels simple, fresh, and easy to wear.

My go-to formula lately: neutral colors + oversized fits + easy layering.

Which one would you pick?

Clean fit or missing something?

Tried this combo today.

White embossed tee + dark blue flared jeans + suede gum sole sneakers.

Not sure if the proportions are right or if the jeans are doing too much 😂
What do you guys think about the fit?

Also curious about the quality/details on this tee and denim. Worth keeping?

[HAUL] Been collecting these preppy pieces lately and I'm finally obsessed with the wardrobe 🤎☕

I've been slowly picking up pieces over the past few weeks instead of buying everything at once, and I finally put them all together today. Seeing everything laid out made me realize I somehow ended up with a pretty consistent color palette without even planning it.

I guess I've been gravitating toward that classic preppy / quiet luxury vibe lately—lots of knits, earthy tones, simple silhouettes, and pieces that are easy to mix together.

A few favorites from the haul:

  • Brown knit cardigan set + off-white jeans Probably my favorite combination. The knit feels soft, the brown color looks even better in person, and it pairs with almost everything I already own.
  • Brown striped knit vest I wasn't sure about this one at first, but it ended up looking really nice with dark denim and sneakers. It has a bit more texture than I expected, which makes the outfit feel less plain.
  • Contrast trim knit tee Such an easy everyday piece. The little contrast detail around the collar and sleeves gives it just enough personality without being too much.
  • Black knit top with white trim Definitely one of those "throw it on with anything" pieces. It drapes well and feels a little more elevated than a regular T-shirt.
  • Argyle knit polo This one instantly gives off that preppy look. Super soft, lightweight, and probably the piece I'm most excited to wear once the weather cools down.
  • Burgundy cardigan set The color sold me immediately. It feels very autumn without being overly bright, and I love it with neutral bottoms.

Overall I'm really happy with how everything came together. I was originally just buying a few basics, but somehow it turned into a whole wardrobe with the same vibe.

Curious which outfit you'd actually wear. I keep changing my mind every time I look at the photos.

How did you figure out your personal style?

I've seen so many different styles in this community—workwear, streetwear, minimal outfits, vintage looks, tailoring, and everything in between.

I've been trying different things for a while, but I still feel like most outfits look better on other people than they do on me.

How did you figure out what actually suited you? Did you start with a certain fit, color palette, body type, or just keep experimenting until something clicked?

Would love to hear how other people found their style.

Summer Layering Piece I've Been Wearing Lately

Didn't think I'd be wearing a vest much this summer, but it's ended up in my rotation more often than expected.

The lightweight fabric makes it easy to layer over a basic tee without feeling too heavy, and it adds a bit more shape and texture to otherwise simple outfits.

I've mostly been pairing it with relaxed trousers, shorts, and sneakers. The overall look feels casual and easygoing, especially for days when I want something a little different from a standard T-shirt outfit.

The multiple-pocket design also gives it a more utility-inspired look, which works nicely with neutral colors and relaxed fits.

Not usually a vest person, but this style has definitely grown on me recently. What do you think about utility vests for summer outfits?

Linen Might Be My Favorite Summer Fabric

Spent the afternoon outdoors and ended up reaching for an all-linen outfit again.

Nothing complicated, just lightweight fabrics and easy colors. Comfortable, breathable, and perfect for warmer days. The more I wear linen, the more I understand the hype.
