Moving from Florida, how bad is the winters there?

I’ve been in love since I have had my first Catahoula. I’m moving into an apartment, would it be ok to have a high energy dog in an apartment.

I don’t have any cad experience but I do enjoy 3d printing. Is it possible to make $ with using my 3d printing, where can I get started. Thanks
