30F 5ft 11in, no medications.
Had surgery on three fingers

Here are surgical notes;

right ring finger and displaced fracture fragments of the proximal phalanx, right fifth finger.
POSTOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS:
Displaced
• fractures of the middle
phalanx right middle finger, right ring finger and displaced fracture fragments of the proximal phalanx, right fifth finger with partial extensor tendon injuries of the index and middle finger.
PROCEDURE PERFORMED:

1. Exploration of wounds.
2. Repair of extensor mechanism of right index, right middle finger.
3. Open reduction and internal fixation of middle phalanx right middle finger and right ring finger.
4. Open reduction and internal fixation of proximal phalanx fracture, right little finger.
   Surgeon:

   ANESTHESIA:
   Supraclavicular block plus MAC.
   ESTIMATED BLOOD LOSS:
   None.
   DRAINS:
   None.
   SPECIMENS:
   None.
   GRAFTS OR IMPLANTS:
   Implants were NX nails 2.5 mm for the middle phalanges and 3.0 mm for the proximal phalanx fracture of the small finger.
