Our place in Brisbane has an older tile roof that’s starting to look worn out but still structurally okay. I’ve been looking into restoration instead of replacing everything, but I’m not sure how effective it actually is long term. It seems cheaper upfront, but I don’t want to end up needing a full replacement a few years later anyway. Has anyone restored their roof and been happy with the result?
