I need pros/cons.

I found a house for sale online in Howard. Based on the description it meets all of my family's needs. Lots of space for family, dogs, and cars. We'd be coming from Utah.

I understand Howard is a very small place. Shopping, doctor's, etc. will be mostly found in Mt Vernon.

Any thoughts you'd like to share?
