Have any of you encountered this problem before?

Because I'm not in the US these days, I asked Meta in the US, and they gave me an excuse, saying it's because I'm not in the US. I told them I wasn't trying to use Meta's AI features; I just wanted to make sure it could connect to my phone so I could take pictures and use it as headphones. They gave me a ridiculous excuse. The thing is, this isn't the first time I've left the US with my Meta glasses.

I recently watched a video interview on YouTube (link below) where it was mentioned that NVG-291 might only be effective for motor recovery in the upper limbs, but not the lower limbs.

This is quite concerning as many of us have been pinning our hopes on full-body recovery. Does anyone have more context or scientific data on this? Is the "lower limb" exclusion specific to a certain trial phase, or is it a limitation of the drug itself?
