Hello! I’m from LA county and I canceled my calfresh benefits and wrote a sworn statement that I would cancel it and to not send benefits for the next month, but they did anyways and now they sent me a collections notice to pay the balance. I didn’t use the remaining balance at all in my account. How do I resolve this and if I ever paid the balance can I use the remaining amount in my account since I paid for it already?
