Can you guys please help me with this-

Firstly I had red lions type C, I returned them and got store credits, waited long enough to get these zero2 (unboxed) and jm12 dac.

Arrived today but unfortunately the right side is producing less audio then the left one, I have tried swapping cables but the issue is not with cable as I tested the cable with my friend's chu II and its working fine, unplugged and plugged several times and that is also not working, so the issue is with the right side itself at least for my understanding it is.

So what should I do, return zero2s or is there any solution there
