Hi guys, I wanted to share my disappointing Whoopea experience. So I recently became skullpanda collector a few months ago, and I have been really into getting the plush pendent exclusives ones. I saved up my money to get the first ever skullpanda plush pendent gentle edge. Because the design of the box and the plush itself was unique and innocent looking. I was choosing between art familia toy or Whoopea. Ultimately I chose Whoopea because they had a 15% discount and I have bought from them before(the skullpanda As you wish pendant). The package came in today and because I was so excited I didn’t take a video, but I did take pictures. I opened it and was immediately depressed. The box had a bunch of creases lines that show the box has been a bit bent in the front. The box itself is supposed to be white and it’s kind of gray like it’s been used for a while and had some stains in the back. Also, when I opened it, there was no tape keeping it closed and they put tissue paper between the box and the pendant. As for the skullpanda itself yes it’s authentic, the NFC card in inside matches and the tags say(skullpanda) and face is beautiful. But I’m just disappointed. I wanted to display her in the box because that’s the fun of collecting. I’m pretty sure since the item itself is still intact and it’s just a box. Whoopea probably won’t do anything, especially since I didn’t take a video. Nonetheless, this has been a learning experience for me that I wanted to share.
