I’m currently working in federal logistics/supply management and recently started looking into CBP Logistics Management Specialist (0346 series) positions.

I wanted to ask people currently in CBP/DHS mission support:
How stressful is the day-to-day work?
Is the workload manageable?
How is the work-life balance compared to DoD agencies?
Is the culture more operational/chaotic?
Do you enjoy the work overall?

Trying to get a realistic picture before pursuing this path further. Appreciate any insight.
