So I went through a hairfall stage almost 2 years ago . It’s improved and still growing as I have tons of eneven hairs all over . I do think my hair is fragile and seems like it keeps breaking when I touch my hair I see little pieces come off . I don’t know what to do I want to cut it off but it takes forever to grow . Took a picture in natural lighting and I have all these little dots . I barely put heat on it and I do rinse with cold bottled water as I feel the shower water is hard water . I do put in a leave in conditioner after I shower and use low heat to dry especially my scalp . Is there any repair to this or should I cut it all off??
