My house is 100+ years old, with a small full height "basement" and a larger crawlspace area. The difference in height between the about 4-5'. 15ish years ago they had poured about 1" of concrete over the dirt, its now all loose.
I am getting ready to list my house and want to clean this up, its strictly cosmetic but want to fix it before listing.
Is a block kneewall overkill, there is only about 1-2" of concrete poured for a floor, is this even enough to anchor into?
Is there a better way to do this?
