I’m an alum of UBC (graduated 2023 and I got an e-mail about a credit balance in Workday. I’ve begun the process of getting a refund ($500) but does anyone know what this is from and why I would have a balance? I had no idea I had this balance until receiving the e-mail. Would love more info about this if anyone knows anything!
