Very Strange and Long Experience, Not Quite Sure What it Was
This is definitely the strangest thing I've ever experienced, but I haven't heard anyone ever describe anything similar.
For context, I had a strange virus for a few days prior to this, and had just gotten better.
Just mentioning because I don't know if it was related. I had one irritated tonsil that didn't really hurt, a fever, tiredness, and brain fog.
I decided to do a tape before bed, and went with Living Body Map because it's one I typically neglect. I've done the tapes for years, but have been very inconsistent with them.
Tape went fine, clicked out for most of it. But during it, I came up with a relaxation technique that worked great. Breathing deep into my belly while focusing on one of my limbs, then exhaling and just feeling the stress get pulled out while breathing out. Then repeating a few times per limb/area.
After the tape, I did this technique again and got very relaxed, but couldn't fall asleep. I was lying on my back, so I switched to my side. Very quickly I fell asleep, or atleast my experience started.
I'm pretty sure I left my body as if it were an OBE, leaving my bedroom, and I think my house was different than how it is in reality.
When the experience collapsed, I was at my bed again, and I left again.
I went looking for an entity, and I found a woman; it didn't really seem like an entity, more like a dream character. However, the experience honestly didn't feel like anything I have had before, an OBE, a dream, or a lucid dream. Maybe it started as an OBE and slowly got weird or dreamlike.
Anyways, every time the experience would collapse it would restart, typically back from a bed, but eventually it wasn't my bed but always a specific one.
Here are a few tidbits that I remember:
I was at a bathroom sink looking into a mirror. I could feel my molars crack and start falling out, not really painful, but the sensation was incredibly vivid. They were falling out with blood and fluid into the sink, and I was sobbing. I remember specifically wondering if someone could hear me. But then I remembered I was not awake or atleast not normally, and smiled.
I was having sex with a woman/entity/dream character? They were face down, but then the top half of their body kinda morphed like goop into facing towards me and made a comment about something I was doing. This one was really weird.
There's some more that's not as notable, or I just don't remember. It ended up being an extremely long experience, and every time it restarted, I wondered when it would end. I woke a little over an hour later, which is about how long it felt. By far longest dream/experience/whatever I've had, atleast with awareness.
I don't know if this was some strange OBE or dream, but it felt different than anything else.
I deleted my old account, but I had made a post about another experience last year where I woke up at night, got vibrations, and got shot into a lucid dream. Whenever they ended, I would have vibrations again and get shot into another. That was also fairly intense and long, but this one I just had was just different somehow.
Anyways I woke up wondering if I was going crazy, pretty sure i'm still sane, but please let me know if anyone can relate to it in any way or have other thoughts.
