I’m starting a clothing business and am not sure where to start with the legal pieces. I have contacted a manufacturer, ordered a sample, and bought a website domain.
I have done TM research but don’t think I can get accepted at this stage.
At what stage do I need a LLC? Is it true to get it in a cheaper state than your own? Like Delaware?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
