Hello ladies and gents. This is my first day and my first tray and I just got home from the dentist. Having my dinner now and the removal of the trays was a bit of a fight.

My first question:

Is there a removal hack? For my top tray it took quite a bit of a struggle. I loosened the tray at the back (left and right) and slowly moved to the front, pushing it outwards.

The lower tray was tough. So I used the hook. And dang the whole tray flew out and luckily it did not land into the toilet bowl.

Second question:

I will be travelling to Japan next month. And I mean it’s a gastronomically delightful place right? I was so looking forward to the wagyus and omakases and sushis and street food. I overestimated my proficiency with the trays and underestimated the hassle of hygiene.

I hope it’s not that bad. If anyone has any hacks or experiences please do share. At this moment I am just questioning myself if I should have delayed my treatment. But you know, no time is ever a perfect time.

Thank you all in advance!
