me and my fiance got back from the store and our poor girl was stuck in a ceramic hide we got the ghost shrimp in her tank. I had to manually help her out but now she has massive scrapes on the top and bottom of her body, partially ripping her top fin off. she's also barely moving around the tank now and when she does swim around her spine looks bent (like in the picture.) I've added the proper dosage of melafix, but I have no idea what else to do for our baby.

she's in a 10 gallon well established tank, the cloudiness is from adding some fresh sand in. water parameters are good, temp is good, fully filtered, heavily planted. this has been her home tank for about 6 months now. any help would be appreciated!
