I see ACI get thrown around in threads sometimes, but I wanted to ask more directly:
For people who have actually used Affordable Contractors Insurance for GL, WC, endorsements, audits, or COIs, what’s one thing you’d tell someone who’s thinking about switching?

Like, not general comments, but something real you noticed after dealing with them for a few months.

For me, it was the clarity they gave on audits. Other stuff I’d dealt with before just left me guessing.
