Has anyone else hit the work type group ceiling on Scheduler? Saw a thread last week about a bank stuck with 25 service types across all branches being told they need 25 Work Type Groups. I’m curious if others have run into similar one ‘Work Type per Group per Service Territory ‘ walls and what work arounds you found.
