Im trying to make a clamshell cyberdeck. Here is an image of the CAD: the orange is the case for the bluetooth keyboard. the dark blue object inside the orange is the keyboard approximation (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Haefan-Bluetooth-Keyboard-Ultra-Slim-Rechargeable/dp/B0GVFHXLCV?th=1). Due to the keyboard's design, it has a portion above the keyboard housing the board and battery that is thicker than the rest of the keyboard, and that part will go behind the hinges. The green objects is the top part the holds the phone (foxx a67L). I duplicated it, and positioned it showing the closed and fully open configurations. The design only opens to 35 degrees past 90 degrees. I plan to connect the hinges with m2.5 or m3 screws and place small rubber bands between the hinges for friction. Any thoughts or recommendations?
