We are going to universal studio next year, and its quite pricey for us to rent this .. I have knee issues so Im thinking of renting a scooter.. But I would really feel bad if my bf has to walk all throughout the day.. I was wondering if securities are very alert with people doing this ?😅

Line-jumpers cut my family, gaslit us, and the staff threatened to kick us out instead.

I’m still shaking a little bit while writing this because I honestly feel like I’m losing my mind. I was at the park today with my mom, my sister, and my partner waiting in line for a water ride. We were just hanging out, minding our own business, and a mom with her son (he looked around 10 to 15 years old) were directly behind us. The line layout here is pretty wide about four people can fit standing side-by-side on the stairs/walkway. The group of four directly in front of us had stopped and were all lining up side-by-side against the railing to look at the view beneath us. Because they clustered together like that, it left a massive, wide-open gap right next to them. Out of nowhere, the kid behind us takes advantage of this and just slips right past our group into that big open lane. He pushes ahead to try and cut past the people looking at the view, and the whole time he’s doing this, he is literally staring me dead in the eyes to see how I’ll react while waving his mom to come join him. It was incredibly brazen. I looked right at him and just asked directly, "Weren't you behind us? We were ahead of you, right?" The mom overheard, stepped in, and casually told me, "It's okay, there's only two of us. Also, you guys aren't moving." I was just totally dumbfounded. The only reason we weren't moving forward into that open space was because the queue itself hadn't moved yet. I looked at her and said, "No, you need to stay where you were. We all line up fairly." My mom also called out to the people ahead of us to move up so people would stop trying to squeeze past them. I was standing sideways at this point, so I could see the people ahead of us on my left and the cutters on my right. After a few minutes, I could just feel eyes burning into me. I looked over to my right, and sure enough, the mom was staring me down. She snapped, "You know he's just a kid, right? Like, come on." I asked her, "Seriously? So being a kid means it's okay to cut the line?" She immediately started calling me incredibly rude. Right at that moment, a staff member happened to walk past the queue. Out of pure exasperation, I turned to them and asked, "Hi, quick question does being a kid make it okay to cut the line?" Suddenly, the oblivious people in front of us turned around to my left and told the staff member that I was the one being rude. Then the mom on my right chimed in, loudly telling everyone I was "acting crazy." Being completely tag-teamed and gaslit by both groups of strangers when we did absolutely nothing wrong made me completely lose my temper. I admit I lost it, I raised my voice and started screaming at them because I couldn't believe what was happening. But instead of addressing the actual line-cutting, the staff member completely turned on us and threatened to kick my family and me out of the line just because I was yelling. The park has giant signs everywhere stating that line-jumping results in ejection. Yet today, the staff completely enabled the cutters, protected them when they got called out, and threatened to throw us out for standing our ground as a family. Am I actually the crazy one here for snapping?

I HAVE SOME ISSUS WITH SINGLE LANE !!!!

Im noticing a pattern at Canada’s wonderland it seems like single lane has become the “ SECRET FAST LANE” because I would see staff letting 2 people that clearly knows each other goes in one ride! Sitting beside each other ? how is that fair?

I need an honest reviews at wastegate lakes resort (orlando) please 🙏

So me and my bf is planning in going to universal studios next year, and we are seeing mix reviews from this resort.. we have been to Cancun before so dealing with timesharing is easy for us .. our only concern with this resort is that I heard the shuttle bus only drop off/pick up 3 times daily ? And on their website it says limited seats? How limited would it be ? Does that mean there only one shuttle bus ? What happens if we don’t get it book? We have to take an uber each day ? If thats the case I feel like we shouldn’t book our stay at this resort.
