I need some advice regarding the Certificate of Good Standing from the Tamil Nadu Medical Council.
I had applied for it back in 2024, and at that time the process was straightforward. I applied online and received it without any issues.
Now when I’m trying to apply again, the website is asking for Aadhaar verification through an app, and I’m unable to proceed since I’m a foreign national and don’t have an Aadhaar or OCI.
A friend of mine visited the council in person, and they advised me to email them with all the required documents instead.
Has anyone been in a similar situation recently? How long did it take for you to receive your certificate after emailing them?
There is a bit of urgency on my end as I need the good standing certificate to reinstate my licence and start a new post.
Any advice or recent experiences would really help. Thanks so much
