Hey writers!

I'm curious on y'all's opinions on using different fonts in your scripts, but just for character names. Obviously using a different font for your entire script would look awful and also mess up per-page pacing, but in character dialogue, I think it could be fun. In a recent sketch I wrote, someone's childhood imaginary best friend, "GOOEY", is written in comic sans when they have dialogue, but Courier in the action.

I'm writing an animated feature with my best friend this summer, and I think it would be fun if every main character had their own font for their name when they speak that reflects their style and how they're animated. Is this charming, or would you roll your eyes at this?
