TL;DR: is I ordered a home shirt and a jacket from the new kit this season like two days after release (about two weeks ago). So far all I have to show for it is a confirmation email without any post tracking and my bank statement saying I paid them. I know we're not dealing with Amazon here but two weeks of radio silence is concerning. I also can't get a hold of them via (politely written) email at the club shop email.

In contrast I ordered some Newport County stuff for a friend last season and it showed up to their door halfway around the world in 72 hours.

Long story short I had a non-chain shop that would do this for me but they changed their policy due to insurance. I'm a car guy and it's easy to find lightly used (like nearly new) performance tires for my track/autocross car at a good price, but tire shops don't seem to touch them anymore for liability reasons.
