I was filing for 2025 for me and my common law partner. I got to the end and hit file for my part and it went through, her’s didn’t because I had made an error. I had misinput her birthday and received an error message that it doesn’t match the information the CRA has on file for her. However the birthday is now greyed out and can’t be changed. If I was to start a new return and put in all of our information again, could I then only file her part at the end and not click file on mine and have it still count as filing together?
