I got the above rank and it's phase 1 but I don't really like vit. If i get mit or bits I would go there but those are not really assured. My only safety is snu chennai.

Is it stupid of me to not do choice filling and waste the rank? I dont wanna end up spending 4 yrs in a college i dont like(not to slander your college just my preference)​
