Why do I always get such teammates who play like they're playing solo

In this particular match you can see the last one...but he's afk...and look at the gun combo

Been playing for about 4 hours (exams are over) and only in 2 consecutive matches i found good teammates who play as a squad...and matter of fact we won those two matches...all random tho.

After that in every single match I'm getting such stupid teammates.

I'm tired.

I don't like to play solo but I don't have any regular teammates.

I did find one from this subreddit but he plays cs mostly and I don't like cs at all.
