Wondering if I screwed myself

I recently had a job interview for a nearby PD and realized afterward that I completely forgot to remove my nose piercing jewelry (they’re just small studs). Now I’m worried that I may have unintentionally hurt my chances. I made sure to dress professionally in business casual attire, conduct myself in a professional manner, and ensured that I looked polished overall, but I genuinely wasn’t thinking about my piercings at the time. I honestly forget they’re there sometimes.
I’ve interned and currently work in a law enforcement environment where nose piercings are permitted, so I’m used to them not being an issue. However, I do understand that policies and expectations can vary by department, and that some departments are more conservative than others. It truly just slipped my mind, as I was focused on the interview itself, and ensuring that I was on time.
Do you think I may have ruined my chances? I apologize if this is a stupid question, but I’m genuinely worried 🥲.
