I am in the market for a mini PC (UK based). I’ve always had a large desktop to do graphics intensive work, but haven’t kept up with the latest tech and nowwant to downsize to a miniPC primarily to use as a Plex server, and am a bit overwhelmed by the options.

Does anybody have a suggestion for a good, quiet option? The easier to set up and run the better!
