From the title, I’m mentally checked out. We have a little over a month left. I’m leaving at the end of the SY for a career change, I love my students and some staff but the system is messed up and so so draining. I feel guilt for being checked out, not wanting to do much and being so tired. I want to end strong but I’m just trying to do the bare minimum to survive.
