Some guys weeding grass in an empty lot found him and were going to eat him so my sister brought him to me and i have no idea what to do with him.

The empty lot has nothing but a bunch of overgrown grass and is in a residential area. So i have no idea if the fella is someone's pet that maybe escaped or if there's just a wild population of tortoises around here.

Do I release him? Or try to take care of him or try to find someone who can take him? He's pretty big so maybe he was just fine where they found him?? Idk 😭

Ive since put him in the grass outside and I'm just watching him

Some dudes cutting grass outside found him (they were gonna eat him...)

What do i do with him? 😭

Do i just put him back outside when the men leave? Its a residential area so im not sure if he came from here originally or if someone brought him or maybe someone lost their pet??

Also the bottom of his shell is kind of concave which i dont think is normal
