I am from Chennai and 40 yrs old working in IT.I just finished off my existing home loan. I am confused now whether to invest again in real estate by buying a new home( even a decent flat costs min 70-80 lacs in Chennai suburbs) and get stuck with emi for rest of my life.. Or do I invest in gold everymonth( can buy 3-4 gms every month)? Confused what to do.. what is good in long term
