I’ve been running my store for a couple months now and things are starting to move upp. I’m still pretty new so I’m trying to make sure I don’t mess things up once sales start picking up more. I'm using Zendrop right now for fulfillment, if anyone here has scaled with it I would appreciate if you shared your experience with that and if it was good or of any help, since I don't really want to start changing setups right now and it would be A LOT of work.

What should I have in place before trying to scale harder? What are the things beginners usually overlook early on that become problems later?
