Moving back to my country for 2 months and leaving my WG. What do I do with the anmeldung?

Hello everyone. I am an Italian student in Munich. I have a question concerning the Abmeldung. Basically, I going to move back to Italy for August and September, and I am going to leave my flat here at the end of July. My question is: do i need to go to the Abmeldung office here in Munich to say that i'll be moving back and then do the procedure again in October? Do you think I can do that on the website too?

Plus, do you think there's gonna be a problem with the insurance and the radio tax?
If someone already has already been in this situation before or knows how to deal with it, could please tell me what to do?

Health insurance for European students

Hi everyone,
I am an italian student studying at LMU. I received this letter by the BARMER insurance asking me for money every month, despite having a European national insurance. When I enrolled at my uni, I made them send the confirmation that i really had the national insurance in my country, so i do not get why they are asking me for that now. Does anybody know what this is about?
