Hi, I'm homeschooled and in high school, and we're doing American history this year. One of the main books my curriculum assigned this year is A Patriot's History of the United States by Larry Schweikart and Michael Allen. I've already gotten a feel for the book and read some reviews, but I'd really like to hear a few more opinions from people who have actually read it and know their history. I'm not particularly strong at history, so my biggest concern is that I'll read something that's presented as an established fact, but is actually wildly inaccurate or misleading, and I won't know enough to recognize it.
