This is a weird request, and I really hope someone can help me out.
I purchased the Ozark trail gravel bike about 2 months ago, and have been having issues with it. Largely I think it has to do with a very out of spec rear wheel, and/or a bad/not tuned derailer.
I am new to working on bikes and have given it my best, but it just doesn't seem to want to get to where I am happy with it, and I think I would be happier on a brand from a bike store that will work on it if I have any issues.
Getting to the request, has anyone purchased one of these gravel bikes within the last 3 months, and still has their receipt? I unfortunately cannot locate mine, and because I paid cash Walmart is refusing to do a return. I would be happy to pay you for your receipt, or more likely a picture of it, but I don't have a ton of extra funds as I am trying to put this money toward another bike.
