My spouse petition case is at the NVC stage and I’m trying to decide whether I should complete the NVC process and get DQ’d now while I-601A waiver is still pending, or wait until the waiver is approved first.

I’ve heard that interview wait times in Santo Domingo are around 12 months after becoming DQ. I’m thinking it might make sense to submit the DS-260 and all NVC documents now so I can already be “in line” for the interview… if i end up getting an interview date too soon, is it easy to r/s??
