I am retaking the Bar and know my weak MBE areas are 1) civil procedure, 2) contracts, and 3) real property (in that order). I am looking to purchase questions that have the most recent official NCBE questions, especially since civil procedure is a newer addition to the MBE.

I have heard that the NCBE study pack has the most recent questions, followed by Separac's OPE 860 module. I have also heard that both these sites have more recent questions than Adaptibar, UWorld, and other sources.

1. Can anyone verify if this is true? (Please cite a source.)
2. People who used Separac's OPE 860 module or the NCBE study pack, what's your evaluation of them?

To be clear, I have taken the exam before and have used tons of questions from Barbri, Themis, Emmanual, and past exams.
