As Zimbabweans we must embrace most of our cultures.

I have seen post where some Zimbabweans where denouncing our culture and at the same time trying to embrace western cultures but they always cherry pick. There was a post about buying your parents or grandparents something with your 1st pay but some people thought it was a greedy idea and they felt they don't owe their parents anything. In the western world after leaving high school you get a student loan, in your name that you will pay back later with interest to get that degree.
If you don't go to university, you reach 18 years, they threw you out in the streets, coz you are an adult. Now selfish Zimbabweans, want to benefit from the Shona/Ndebele culture when it benefits them, and when it's their turn they revert back to western culture. Please if you want to adopt western culture adopt it early, tell your parents you will fund your studies or you move out when you are 18, that money that they were supposed to pay for your university, they can invest in real estate zvavo.
I have said it before,
Africans want to receive but don't want to give, and charity begins at home. Munhu kurwadziwa kutenga gumbeze for your parents? Or kurwadziwa kuti why your parents vapihwa roora rako?
