How to be financially independent while in school?

I wanna build my financial independence outside of my parented because I wanna eventually move out. But I also wanna work towards my goal in clinical field, I tried applying for work study, but I'm still waiting for the interview. And like I can't do osap because I don't wanna be paying off loans after I graduate. I wanna contribute somehow but don't see how retail job or Andy thing like that will help? I see like volunteer, internship, or work study as a way to gain experience for my resume but idk so far nothing in the summer (I'm a second year life sci student)

Feeling disappointed in myself during undergrad :(((

My gpa for the last two years been lacking 2.34 and I just found out at the end of 2nd year I failed a course. I feel so guilty for my parents and my own money helping me pay for my tuition. I'm doing great in other aspects of uoft socially, with profs and students, and even been dating recently and in clubs and I do amazing in lab and assignments and hands on work. But some reason on tests I'm lacking and I'm so scared this effecting me getting research this summer because I have nothing to do. I can't afford to do summer courses either. I was hoping to get the option to go grad school but I not sure will the accept me unless I bring up these two years?

Got NCR, what does this mean? I'm so scared :((((((

I got ncr for Ana301 does this mean I failed? And what can I do, I can't pay for summer courses does that mean I have to do 6 courses at one point to graduate?

Second year ended with no internship (what to do during summer)

I just finished second year as life sci student going into third year, I applied really late into the year so didn't get chance to try ROP, all I did so far was apply to lots of work study. Idk if it's possible but is there still a chance to get summer research like later in may or June or anytime during the summer at all? I wanna build experience and have something going for me because I have nothing to do in the summer legit been at home or at the gym.

What is the lowest grade you've gotten UofT undergrad?

I just got my marks back (I'm a 2nd year life sciences student) got A, D+, D-, C, and waiting for my last and last semester my gpa was 2.4 a little bit of improvement from first year with 2.3 but still I thought I did well at least two of the courses :(

Will I still be able to get into grad? I still have two years left
