How screwed am I?

I work at a small public accounting tax firm. In 2024, I was preparing the 2023 tax return for a new PE client. I rolled forward work papers from another client to use as a template in setting the new client up. However, I was unaware the work papers I rolled forward to use as a template had multiple hidden tabs with investment and investor data. I used these work papers for tax years 2023 and 2024 for the new client unaware that the whole time they had hidden tabs with data from a different client. I uploaded them to online portals for the client to review and download. I noticed my mistake in January 2025 (while working on the 2024 return) I immediately corrected it and uploaded new workbooks to the respective portals. I looked back at the activity log to the online portal where I uploaded the workbooks and no can’t tell if any of the workbooks with the hidden tabs were ever downloaded because they all have the same name. I really don’t want to jeopardize my career over this. It was years ago, they’re still a client, it has since be rectified and the fund is set to wind down in the next couple of years. What do I do considering I don’t definitely know which work paper they downloaded?
