Would EOS Yuji with Flowing Red Scale Stack be faster than either Naoya, Naobito, or, curse Naoya?

With the Flowing Red Scale Stack, Choso was able to match Yuji in hand-to-hand combat in Shibuya. We also know that with the Flowing Red Scale Stack Post Shibuya, Post Shibuya Choso was able to start reacting to Naoya. Would Eos Yuji with Flowing Red Scale Stack be on an entirely new level speed-wise and be faster than any of the three I mentioned, or would he be roughly equivalent?
