Should I send this off for grading?

I am considering sending this off to TAG or another grading service. Should I do it? Or should I use a different service like Beckett or CGC?

The card looks excellent to me but has what seems to be slight print lines on the front and extremely tiny specks of colored ink on the back. Would it have a chance at a 10?

Looking for advice & suggestions please. Thanks in advance! (Btw, I have never sent a card in for grading.)
