Belgium visa from TLScontact Casablanca - no tracking result after 1 month
Hello everyone,
I applied for a Belgium Schengen visa through TLScontact Casablanca, Morocco about one month ago. I already submitted my full application, paid the fees, gave my documents, and completed the appointment at TLScontact.
The issue is that I cannot track my application.
On the TLScontact Casablanca website, I cannot find a clear login or tracking section for my application. I also tried the official Infovisa website using my VisaOnWeb application number in different formats, and I tried both Casablanca and Rabat as the consular post, but I always get the same message saying that no result was found.
Has anyone applied for a Belgium visa from Morocco through TLScontact Casablanca recently?
Is it normal to have no tracking result after one month?
Is there another reliable way to know whether the file is still with TLScontact, sent to the consulate, or already processed?
