MEE. Are we supposed to come to the same conclusion as the model answer??
For example on the Themis crim pro essay I argued the woman should be able to raise the defense of “NGRI”. Got the rule issue and analysis right but we reached a different conclusion. The model answer says the woman cannot raise this defense bc etc etc
Wondering how the actual MEE is graded ???

Using Themis and struggling with the practice questions.
I’m on contracts and I’m struggling with these practice questions. Are these questions from the ncbe??? They seem to be testing very specific nuances and I’m losing it because I don’t have time to learn every little nuance and need to move on to the next subject
