CA SNF PT Aide Supervision Question
In SNF, can rehab aides see HMO patients under PT supervision in California? I read the CA aide regulations (Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 16, § 1399 - Requirements for Use of Aides) but it’s still considered skilled therapy, so I don’t think they can but thoughts?
