I run a B2B business (manufacturing/distribution side) and we’re trying to clean up our operations stack.

Right now, we’re juggling WhatsApp, Excel, and Tally — which works, but breaks once client volume increases.

Wanted to understand how others here are handling this:

  1. How do you track orders from placement to delivery?
  2. How are you managing client communication across multiple clients?
  3. What does your invoicing + payment tracking workflow look like?
  4. Any tools you tried but dropped? What didn’t work?
