Any advice on how to negotiate a step increase for a GS-12 position post-PGY1? For context I am also part-time at a retail pharmacy and have almost 10 years of experience (including years as a technician/intern). I’m being told several things and would like to find some side of consensus. They are offering step 2 right now given my PGY1 experience.​
