Hi

Potentially about to list our house having completed two separate extensions, a ground floor extension and a loft conversion.

The ground floor extension was done more recently and the sign off was via a building control consultant, however for the loft conversion, 3 or so years ago, we used the local authority. Building control visited partway the conversion but we have never received final building regs sign off.

What can we do to solve this? Is it better to leave to an insurance policy, if so I assume not bothering the Local Authority at this stage is a must?

What does such a policy cost?
